About the Southern California Chapter of HIMSS

Welcome to the 2023-24 SoCal Chapter of HIMSS!

It is an honor to begin my term as President of the Southern California Chapter and I am looking forward to an amazing year!

This year, the vision of the Chapter is to curate educational programs, events and opportunities that elevate conversations within Healthcare IT, foster unity and facilitate discussions of technologies and best practices that can positively impact the communities we serve.  My goal, as President, is to keep us loyal to that vision.

I am excited to leverage the wealth of experience of our Executive Board and couple that tenure and expertise with the professionalism and enthusiasm of our new member-leaders.  It is truly an exciting time for the Chapter as we amplify existing resources and engage and empower new champions.  We are also expanding  programming to additional areas in Southern California that, I believe, will bring a heightened level of excitement, collective action, engagement and growth to the chapter.
